Can the unit help with cat litter box smells?
Our air purifier helps minimize litter box smells, but cannot fully clear them. For best results, place the purifier near the litter box area to capture smells more effectively.
The pre-filter is washable, does that mean I never need to replace the filter?
No. Large particles like lint, pet, and human hair are captured by the washable pre-filter, reducing buildup on the main HEPA filter and helping it last longer. Replace the main filter when needed.
How can I make the air purifier more effective?
To ensure optimal performance: 1. Place the unit at least 10?in (25?cm) away from walls or curtains. 2. Select the appropriate fan speed based on your room’s air quality. 3. Let the purifier run for 30~60 minutes and monitor the results.
Does it come with essential oil?
No. This air purifier comes with an aroma box and a pad where you can add essential oils. Use only 1–2 drops on the pad, never pour oil directly into the machine.
Will the control panel light turn off in Sleep Mode? It might disturb my sleep.
Yes. When you select Sleep Mode, the top panel lights auto turn off. The Sleep button remains dimmed at 30%. You can tap the Light button to turn off the Sleep button light completely, leaving the display fully dark for an undisturbed night.

The indicator will light up red to remind you to replace the filter. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds until the light turns off to reset the filter life counter.
