Step 1
Plug the DC plug into the DC socket on the eye mask.
Step 2
Connect the USB plug to the power source.
NOTE: Please use a 5V 2A or higher output; lower outputs won't heat effectively or unable to start.
Step 3
Set the timer and heating level. Please note that if no setting timer, the default timing is 10 minutes.
Step 4
Put on the eye mask and enjoy relaxing heat.
Do I need to plug the USB charger to the outlet while using or do I heat up my mask first then unplug and wear the mask?
No. This heated eye mask does not have rechargeables inside so it cannot be recharged. Please keep your USB heated eye mask plugged in when you are using it.
How do I clean the mask?
Please unplug your eye mask first. We advise you to handwash your heated eye mask and let it air dry before the next use.
Where does the steam come from? Do you have to wet the mask?
Yes. If you'd like to try moist heat, please use the included bottle and spray water on the side that touches your eyes.
What kind of 5v battery pack is best?
We recommend battery packs with a 5V/2A output port to deliver sufficient power to your USB eye mask. [Please note that below this output standard, the heating function will not activate.]
