Steps to repair damaged threads:
- Drill out damaged thread using correct size drill bit
- Tap re-drilled hole using tap supplied.
- Load coiled thread insert into installation tool.
- Screw thread insert into casting.
- Using the break pin tool and a hammer break of the installation pin.
