Is it compatible with my TV, soundbar, or home theater system?

Why is there no sound after connecting?

If there is no sound after connection, please try these simple adjustments.

Switch audio output to Optical mode instead of built-in speakers or HDMI.
Set audio format to PCM. Some TVs output Dolby Digital 5.1, while most soundbars only support PCM stereo. Keep the audio format consistent between TV and soundbar for normal sound.
Reconnect both ends of the cable firmly.
