For Win 10:Right Click the speaker icon in SYSTEM TRAY>> Left Click "Sound Settings>> Choose“USB PnP Sound Device" as INPUT DEVICE > click“Device Properties" >> move the volume slider to appropriate position.(Recommend to set it in 10-50.)
For Skype:“Option">>"Audio Device">> select“USB PnP Sound Device" >> move the volume slider to appropriate position. (Recommend to set it in 10-50.)
Do similar settings on other systems & Apps.
