Are these labels resistant to oils used for lubrication in mechanical parts? Also, how well have they held up against increased temperatures?

You should contact the publisher of the label that you plan to use. My guess is that there are specialty labels that are grease/oil resistant, but they are NOT included with the Dymo printer.
