Is this a color printer?

No, it's just black and white like all other thermal printers.
The black print on white paper looks pretty sharp though.
There is also colored paper but the print is always black.

This does work with Windows 7 +, and DYMO has drivers on their Web site to download.

It was new when I purchased it.

I should add that I have had some software compatibility issues with my Mac.  The software has block the start up process.  Have had to uninstall and reinstall with new updates on two occasions.

We don't use ours for postage, however I'm pretty sure it does, as most of them do.  I suggest checking the DYMO website for user's manual.
