does this product works with nvidea geforce 210(already have heat sink).. but if i want to add that fan too to decrease heat generation?

It pushes heat straight out. I can't tell you exactly how it will work with the video card, but between this and my geforce 530 air doesn't stay in my case.

Is this compatible with a 2006 Mac Pro?
It seems like it could be physically installed, but would the computer be able to control it properly?

Yes, this will work with a 2006 Mac Pro tower. This fan has no controls, just connect it to the power supply and it will spin.
