Step up from the stock CPU cooler that came with your system and improve its stability with the Dynatron DC1206BML heatsink and fan assembly. With a combination of aluminum and copper, the cooler is designed to affordably lower the operating temperature of your AMD (recommended up to XP 2700+, XP 3000+ and XP 3200+, and Sempron Socket A/462 up to 3000+) or Intel (Socket 370 933MHz, 1GHz, 1.40GHz) processors.
The base is made of aluminum with a copper core allowing for better heat dissipation without the higher cost of a pure copper base. High-density aluminum fins draw heat up from the base, quickly spreading heat out to be carried away by the 4,500rpm 60mm fan mounted at the top of the assembly.
A thermal-grease pad is already applied to the copper core; simply remove the cover from the pad, clip the cooler to your motherboard and connect the 3-pin power cord to your mainboard.
