Pros: This heatsink is definately much better than the Intel fan that ships with the xeon 5450 cpu. I tested this heatsink also against Dynatron's all copper H6EG heatsink also for socket 771. The H46G kept the cpu about 8 C cooler at full cpu load than the H6EG, which only uses two heat pipes.
Cons: Included heat sink compound is not very good, so you should order some extra if you buy this heatsink
