Two questions. Will this fit the Skylake i5 3.5GHz?
And, is this sufficient cooling to overclock the CPU?

According to the listing this fan is compatible with the skylake socket 1151

I am currently using it this with a i5 2500K. While I did overclock the processor 3.7Ghz, it got warmer than wanted with an air cooler. I went back to stock speeds to prolong the life of my processor due to the heat that was generated. While you could do it, I wouldn't recommend unless its for a simple overclock say 200-300mhz.

Will this CPU fan the Dynatron K5 92mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler fit a Intel Core i5-3570K Processor Socket H2 (LGA1155)?
It is 77 watt. This is a 3rd generation processor.

I got this and forgot to drop it when I got a deal on an Intel box set (N82E16819116886). I did try out the brackets and compared the footprint and height with the box set fan. The K5 comes with insulated brackets that go under the motherboard and did not interfere with the CPU socket bracket. This will require inserting the CPU and heatsink on the MB before mounting the MB in the case. The brackets don’t have any contact to the MB except at the small area around the thru-holes for the heatsink mounting screws. I was using a MB from NewEgg (N82E16813157367) that is an 1155 socket.
