(Heatpipes Contact CPU) copper base works in tandem with aluminum fins with 6mm heatpipes embedded to quickly transfer the heat from CPU while a 60mm dual-ball bearing PWM fan delivers quiet, efficient airflow for your cooling needs. The standard server board bolt-thru mounting mechanism and pre-applied thermal grease make this cooler easy to install as well.
