Does it come with a soft roller cleaning head?

it only comes with the standard cleaning head. I know this is a bit confusing from the name and description. I think it was different in Europe or something. Regardless, it works really well and is still a great value. Would buy again.

does this comes with all the attachments?

Yes. It came with the torque drive cleaner head, mini motorized tool, crevice tool, combination tool, and mini soft dusting brush. As far as I can tell, this is the accessory set that comes with the "Animal" SkU. I was pleasantly surprised, as it came with more attachments than the base "Motorhead" SKU.

Is the battery replaced with a new one on the refurbished version?

Does this work well on hardwood floors?

If you want to use it on a hardwood floor your best bet is to buy the soft roller head attachment. It picks up the things like cereal, cat litter and things the torque drive cleaner head doesn't.
