Along with the machine, you will receive the Fluffy Optic cleaner head, the Digital Motorbar cleaner head (colors may vary), the Hair screw tool, the Combination tool, the Mini soft dusting brush, the Mattress tool, the Stubborn dirt brush, the Crevice tool, and the Flexi crevice tool.

Do refurbished units come with a new battery as part of the refurbish process?

To clarify, refurbished Dyson units do not always come with a brand-new battery. During the refurbishment process, each machine is thoroughly tested and cleaned, and any worn or faulty parts are replaced, including the battery if it does not meet Dyson’s performance standards. If the existing battery is in good condition and passes all required checks, it may be reused. If it does not meet our standards, it will be replaced with a new or equivalent quality battery. If you experience any issues with parts on your machine after receiving it, we will assist you with troubleshooting and will replace parts if needed once troubleshooting is complete.
