Does this mobo Require an FM2 APU or can you use an FM2 proc in tandem with a modest PCIe 2.0 x16 gpu?

Since there is only one PCIe slot on this board, (if you are seeking a Crossfire setup) you must tandem your processor and GPU. Look into the AMD A-Series processors and find one that will Crossfire with your GPU.

Or would I need a video card then? I'm looking to build some cheap servers.

Thanks everybody - I understand now that I need to either purchase a compatible APU series processor or use a video card. Thus, I've decided to go with an Intel platform instead as they are more power efficient which matters for servers since they run 24/7. Thanks again, Michael

There is one 3-pin system fan connector and one 4-pin cpu fan connector.  A fan power splitter cable can be used to add additional fans.

Yes. Be sure the TV has the capability. This board will easily run HD with an A-Series processor; HDMI port on-board for the TV. Note: The A-Series processor will eat about a gig of RAM for the on processor video chip.
