What is the maximum wattage? e.g., can I plug my kettle and toaster together?

The wattage is always 'volts x amps'.  This will handle a max of 15 amps at 120 volts.  The maximum wattage for this device is: 1800 watts.  If both appliances do not exceed this wattage, it will work.
According to the averages below, both appliances would have to be on the lower wattage side. 
Average Toaster – 800w-1500w.
Average Kettle - 800w-2000w.

does this require a WIFI connection?

It require a wifi connection to set up and to connect to the internet.  However, you can use a cellular connection to control it.

Do you have a device to control a 220VAC like a electric heater?

The US version of the Edimax SP-1101W switches single phase 110V AC.

I believe that the Edimax SP-1101W (EU type) does handle single phase 220V AC.  You can buy this, for example, at the UK version of a certain famous internet retailer.

I suspect you want to switch two phase AC however which would require something different.

Upon a power outage, when power is restored will the device come back in the same power state it was in?  Or always OFF?

I need to monitor how much current is being drawn by the device plugged into this device and any changes need to be recorded/uploaded for analysis later. Is there an sdk for the users to enable to do this ?

But never work, the ligth is on, but the device never response via internet
