Pros: Recently I posted a review of these awesome headphones. I just wanted to give a quick update here... In my prior review I said that the surround feature was virtually undetectable, well, I would like to retract that statement a little bit. Last night I was playing WoW with the in game reverb effect on and WOW (no pun intended)!!! I kept taking off my headphones to see who was in the other room talking. It was that realistic! The surround effect was very noticeable! Now, maybe I'm an idiot and that's just really good stereo, but it was amazing! It definitely brought a very realistic ambiance to the experience. I just can't say enough how cool these headphones are!!! They are great for music too, not just FF (force feedback) gaming. I am very impressed and can happily recommend these to everyone!!! Why are you still reading this? ORDER ORDER!!! ;)

Cons: Again, USB is the con. I will say this, my old FF headset had 3 slightly annoying plugs (one for the speakers, one for the mic, and one USB just to power the FF). It was a bit of a nuisance to have to plug in three cables to use them and the cables were skinny and easy to get snagged and broken. The single USB on this set is a pro in this respect; only one cable to plug in (and it's a good thick cable), but this does seem to have some challenges working with some games and instant messenger services. Once the phones are plugged in they take over the system sound leaving no other options. As I said in my prior review the negatives are far outweighed by the incredible positives!

Overall Review: Not sure which reviewer said that these feel cheap but I disagree! They are very solid-feeling and the cable is much thicker than standard headphones. By-the-way, I went down to the audio store and tried on a couple different sets of BOSE headsets and all I can say is - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! BOSE indeed makes nice stuff but, by comparison, these sound better to me and are so much cheaper! And if they do ever break, you're not gonna cry '- cause ya got 'em from NewEgg for sooo cheap! ;) Seriously, GOOD PHONES!!! They look good, feel good, and most importantly SOUND GOOD!!! Windows installs the driver immediately and requires no extra CDs or downloads; in other words, they work perfectly right out of the box! If you're a gamer or music enthusiast, these are a must have!

Pros: The force feed back creates a virtual 5.1 surround sound which is absolutley unbeatable. The headphones are lightweight and the microphone works great through ventrilo. I've had it less than a week, and has been the best investment this year to date!

Cons: If you're a music buff like me, the force feedback should be adjusted in your equalizer in Itunes (or if you like bass keep it). Just a small change that has to be made when switching from pure music to games.

Overall Review: Its amazing. I use it for hours on end, and in a few reviews people said they got hot etc... These have given me no problems heat wise. I literally took it out of the box and plugged it in, Vista did all the work.

Pros: Excellent sound for gaming and very comfortable I loved the three pairs I have purchased.

Cons: They are just made of the weakest plastic I've ever seen. I've broken 3 pairs inside of a year. I'm no kid, I'm 45 years old, so I know how to take care of my stuff. The ear pieces just break off the the head piece at the swivel point. It's a shame. The other issue I had is the wire that goes into the volume control is not secure very well and can be pulled out with even a slight tug. I used a zip tie at either end and one across the back to prevent the wires from straining. Totally unacceptable mechanical design for what is a GREAT audio package. Sad.

Overall Review: I miss them, but I just can't afford to buy a new pair every 3 months. If I did ever buy another pair, I think I would maybe reinforce the plastic somehow.

Pros: SKIP TO CONS FIRST, Well Worth The Money!!!!, Comfortable, Gr8 Sound, 5.1, Force-feedback if you like that sord of thing. the force feed back gr8, it has a high, low, and off setting. I dont really dig the looks, but the performance makes up for that margin. Not gonna go looking for another headset for a lil bit.

Cons: The biggest con was the pain issue as others have said about the crackleing and popping sounds. HAVE NO FEAR, I HAVE THE FIX!!! Go to the eDimensional website (http://edimensional.com/support_updates.php) and download the software from the website, DO NOT INSTALL FROM CD!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Drivers on the website and Aug 7,07 the ones on cd are July's drives that call the headset a c5 php usb headset or something to that effect i forgot, that is the wrong driver version, the new driver pack will call it a C-Media CM108 Like Sound Device. The blinking LED is kind of bright and annoying and will never stop blinking, i put some tape over it. RETURN TO PRO's

Overall Review: WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!Get it, install updated drivers, and most of all ENJOY QUALITY SOUND!!!! Note to self: you cant always get quality without trouble, asides from paying for it.

Pros: Excellent build quality, great sound, comfortable, LOUD.

Cons: short-ish cord, really really effin' LOUD.

Overall Review: Overall, this is a great headset. I got mine on shellshocker but they're worth the full price. WIN 7 USERS: Do not install the bundled software from the CD. Go to eDimensional's website and download the updated version.

Pros: Beautiful sounds. Rich bass. Volume control on cord. Mute microphone on cord. Cord long enough for most uses and you can always buy an extension if need be.

Cons: Bought these in early June. I have a 7.5 inch head and my headphones just snapped on the right side while taking them off. I also bought these for another person with a smaller head and they are still going strong. They were getting more comfortable as time went on and I guess I now know why. The plastic finally snapped. If you have larger than a 7 inch head then do not get these until they redesign. My hat size is 7.25 if my hair is shaved. I have run a ticket with the manufacturing website so we will see how that goes.

Overall Review: I wish they made these with a different kind of plastic or an inch larger because the sound quality is extremely awesome.

Pros: They are relatively confortable. Unique Looks, good positional sound. Great for music and gaming. The softwear that comes iwth it is really easy to use.

Cons: A little too tight if you like to wear them around your neck. Mine broke after about 3 months of usage. The only reason they broke is because I tended to wear one earcup off my ear from time to time so I could hear backround noise. Well this caused the cheap plastic material to break making one of the earcups hang by it's wire. I was hardly absuive with them and I tried duct tape to fix the problem, however after a while of the wire being exposed the left earcup stopped working. I just gave up on this headset and bought a new one. Other things, despite this being teamspeak certified, my teamates had a difficult time hearing me most of the time. I always came across as quiet and I had to physically pull the mic a centimeter from my motuh just to get them to hear me. Don't bother with these, for $20 more you can get a good quality headset that will last... I suggest the SteelSound 5hV2 which are a great gaming headset and I owned them before these.

Overall Review: -Good headset -Extremely Fragile I owned a SteelSound 5hv2 before this headset (they broke due to an accident that was completely my fault) and these headphones felt like a downgrade, not nearly as confortable. My current headset is Sennheisers PC350's, much more confortable and better sound quality. But about 3x the price.

Pros: Wow just a awesome headset! I love the sound and it very comfortable great force feedback! play COD 4 alot and I hear things i have never heard befor very very very impressed! the led on the mic control us greate blinks red and green and i cant decide if yellow is in it!.

Cons: have not found a thing wrong with this headset!

Overall Review: Just Amazing Head Set my friends want the same pair now
