The eero Pro 7 is eero's tri-band Wi-Fi 7 mesh router, built for households and small to medium-sized businesses that need constant, high-bandwidth connectivity across many devices at once. It can serve as either a primary gateway router or as an extender within an existing eero network. A 2x2x2 antenna array spans three bands, 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz, each running 2x2 SU-MIMO, to deliver the full Wi-Fi 7 standard (802.11a/b/n/ac/ax/be) with a BE10800 rating and channel widths up to 320MHz, reaching wireless speeds up to 3.9Gbps. Two auto-sensing 5GbE wired ports support internet plans up to 5Gbps and wired speeds up to 4.7Gbps, making the eero Pro 7 well suited to gigabit-plus connections and bandwidth-heavy households. The tri-band design is built on the Qualcomm Dragonwing N7 platform, and Multi-Link Operation (MLO), a Wi-Fi 7 exclusive feature, reduces latency and improves connectivity and speed for MLO-capable client devices compared to standard operation. Each eero Pro 7 unit is rated for up to 2,000 sq. ft. of indoor coverage per device and supports 200 or more connected devices. eero's patented TrueMesh software, combined with TrueRoam and TrueChannel technology, continuously keeps every device connected to the optimal access point and channel as you move through a home or office, minimizing slowdowns and dropped connections on crowded, shared networks. Automatic channel selection further reduces interference from neighboring networks. The eero Pro 7 also functions as a built-in smart home hub, with Thread compatibility, Zigbee compatibility as a controller, and Matter controller support, letting you manage compatible smart home devices directly through Alexa and the eero app without a separate hub. It's compatible with all previous generations of eero hardware. The eero Pro 7 is available in 1-pack, 2-pack, and 3-pack configurations for homes and offices of different sizes.
