1. How often should I clean the water tank and base?
We recommend cleaning the water tank and base once a week. You can use the matched brush we provide to clean the atomizer sheet and dead corners. Wipe all parts dry with a clean towel after cleaning. Note: Do not rinse the base directly with water.
2. Do I need to use distilled water?
Yes, we recommend using purified or distilled water to minimize white dust as much as possible.
3.Can I put parts in the dishwasher?
It is not recommended to clean the parts in a dishwasher. High temperature and strong water pressure may damage the water tank.
4.Do I need to put the humidifier on a table?
It is suggested to place the humidifier on a raised spot and use it in an open area for better humidification performance.
5.How quiet is the humidifier?
This humidifier operates extremely quietly with only 22 dB, even softer than a whisper. It runs almost silently, perfect for light sleepers, infants and quiet bedroom use.
6.Can I use essential oils in the Electactic humidifier?
This humidifier is not compatible with essential oils. Essential oils will harm the internal parts of the unit and will also cancel out your product.
7.What colors does the night light have?
The night light features 7 colors in total. You can set it to colorful gradient cycle, lock a single fixed color or turn off the light.
