Will I be able to connect with USB C hub for all the peripherals (Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor, Ethernet, Aux, etc.) ?

The answer should be yes. The Mini PCI-E provides the necessary speed. Unless your mobo is from when PCI-E first rolled out, or OS support is old (some fringe reason), I can't imagine it not working.
Mine works as expected, but my mobo is from 2013, with USB3 on the rear panel.
