The fan is moveable in the item. You live it where you need when setting up for your computer and leave it there forever or until you get a new conputer

Is it possible to purchase another fan so you can have double the cooling capability? I saw on their website that you can buy more fans, but just want to make sure that you can run two at once.

its an 180mm fan,if you have even just a decent cooling system in your laptop you wont need more-i run an MSI TITAN on it and it keeps it plenty cool-i have never needed to turn on turbo boost
