Does this have the problem with corrosion like the TR4 version?

Can this handle a 125w cpu?

yes it can, make sure to set your cooling curve for when the cpu starts to heat up

Are the fans installed with air going out of the case or in? I want the ail to pull air from the outside to in insiide the case because the air outside the case is colder than inside the case.

The fans are not pre-installed and can be configured to push or pull on either side of the radiator.

How long are the tubes?

The mounting plate has one side labelled Intel and the other AMD.  Which side goes toward the motherboard for which?

So it depends on the side you have facing up towards the motherboard. If you have an AMD socket, make sure the backplate is facing up towards the motherboard and intel should be on the bottom.

Is the problem with corrosion like on the earlier version fixed?

It seems to be. The only ones I could find with that issue were the Threadripper variants. Enermax seems to have dealt with that issue for the TR AIO's, but these never seemed to have them. Mine runs great, and has an access port to the radiator, so if you were so inclined, you could add some biocide to the liquid to be sure nothing grows in it.
