Q1:I just received the product but the fan is not working,what should I do?
A1:You can put the GT300 on the table, gently turn on its body when it is turned off, and then try to turn it on again, several times to solve the problem permanently. Because it is possible that during the transportation, the blades of the fan are vibrated and stuck in the bearing, the probability of this situation is about 0.1%, please rest assured to use.
Q2:I can obviously feel that the wind speeds of the two fans are different. Is this normal?
A2:Yes, this is designed to reduce the noise as much as possible. If the wind speed is the same, resonance may occur, resulting in increased noise. You can use it with confidence!
