I see that no one answers the only 2 questions, so why ask?

If people would read the in the box portion of the description they would know that it does indeed come with ink cartridges.

Manufacturer's data sheet doesn't list Windows 11 as a supported OS. Is it supported on Win 11?

The product specifications indicate compatibility with Windows 10, Windows 8, 8.1 (32-bit, 64-bit), Windows 7 (32-bit, 64-bit), Windows Vista (32-bit, 64-bit), Windows XP SP3 (32-bit), Windows XP Professional x64 Edition SP2, and Windows Server 2003 SP27 - Windows Server 2019. Windows 11 is not mentioned.
