does it come with mounting screws? my monster has the "holes" but they didn't come with screws.

The stand comes packaged with everything you need to mount your monitors. The only thing I needed was a screw driver and elbow grease to mount my three monitors. As long as your monitors have the "mounting holes" you'll be fine.

Is this stand compatible with Dell monitors?

You must have the VESA mounting screws on the back. Not all dell monitors have them
