Does this come with the bracket for mounting to a desk?

Yes, it includes the clamp style bracket for mounting to the desk along an overhang.  All hardware is included for both mounting styles; the desk clamp option and the bolt through drilled hole option. I started out with the clamp until I was happy with the arm placement, then I drilled through my desk and bolted it down from the underside for a cleaner look.

Question 2

I am hoping to use this for the new LG 29 inch display, that weighs just 11.5lbs without the stand - Will there be issues with using a light monitor with this mount?

Also, due to the light weight of the 29 inch display, would using a mount limited to 24 inches be off the table?

I cannot give you a definitive answer because I'm using a heavy Apple 30" HD Cinema screen -- however, I can say that I had to considerably tighten up the tension screws to get this to work with my heavy monitor. i.e. it came out of the box set up for a lighter monitor. I do believe that there is another Ergotron model that is designed for lighter and smaller monitors. You might want to check that out.

Will this mount in a 2 1/4" grommet hole?

yes, it has a large bracket that mounts underneath which isn't shown in the picture, it isn't circular so you should have no problem, I think it is 4" or so wide.

I have 3 of these for a triple head setup, they are awesome.

Question 4

Will this product support an HP TouchSmart 310 PC i.e., an all-in-one system?

Hey Debra,

As long as it can mount onto it with the proper holes, I don't see any reason it couldn't hold it. I bought two of them for my larger monitors; one of them being a Samsung Syncmaster 2693HM  25.5 inch monitor and it holds it without a problem! I was more worried about the screws pulling through the monitor plastic and the monitor's thin, metal, mounting plates; so I reinforced it to be safe! The mount hold it and swivels fine though.

Question 5

Once I get my monitors set up in the right position I'd like them to not swivel if the desk is bumped. Can the arm be locked in place?

No, it doesn't have any locking mechanisms.  It is really heavy duty so I highly doubt it would swivel if the desk is bumped, probably wouldn't move much if you crashed right into the desk, lol.
