can i use this on three different computers at same time? also does this work on windows7 & windows8 with no problems?

It's a three machine license, so you will be able to use it on any three machines simultaneously.  I don't use win 8, so I have no knowledge of that, and I currently use Eset Smart Security, which is Nod32 plus a couple of other features.  On two of my machines it runs fine.  On my lenovo laptop it would not start up correctly, and with no notice of it running would block internet connections.  Despite their initial responsiveness, Eset customer support never escalated the case to the software team who had a chance of debugging the problem and basically decided it wasn't worth their effort to try to determine the cause.  NOD32 shouldn't have that problem, and it was most likely a conflict with something else on my computer.  I liked it because it was a low impact application that worked, until it didn't.

Does this comes with Remote Administrator feature?

No. This is for SOHO networks (Small Office, Home Office). Remote Administrator features are for the Enterprise editions of ESET (ESET Endpoint Protection).

Antivirus protects against viruses and is more than adequate for most users.  Full security suites bundle many different programs into one and have a higher likelihood of causing issues.  A good antivirus program like ESET together with common sense will keep your system very safe.

After installing on one computer, I tried to install on my desktop, and it kept kicking out the CD. When I tried to do an online activation, it said I had exceeded the maximum number of licenses. I thought this product was supposed to be good for three computers. What should I do?

After you activate it using the key contained in the box....you should get an email with a user name a password.  you should use the user name and password to activate the other computers you are installing it on (NOT the key in the box).

No. Their Smart Security product has a firewall, but this software does not.
