Once you finalize your purchase, Newegg will send you an email with the activation code.  It can take from a few minutes to about a half hour to receive the code.

There is not a Retail Boxed version that has 3 User multi-year. You can get a digital license from some stores online and Direct from Eset themselves. It does require a full checkout of information though.

Yes you can. It will be automatically  deactivated  from "old computer " once you install  to the new one.
