The doorbell camera is optimized for 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks but it is NOT compatible with 5GHz Wi-Fi.
If you are using 5G router, please select the 2.4Ghz channel
What's the charging protocol for this wireless video doorbell?
The doorbell supports charging via a DC 5V1A or 5V2A charger with Type-C interface. It is recommended that the doorbell be fully charged for 8-10 hours.
Fast charging is not supported.The app shows the battery level for your convenience.
How to install and use an SD card?
Insert the SD card into the SD card slot with the back of the card facing the opposite direction to the front of the doorbell. Please make sure the SD card slot is securely fastened.
