Does Video Doorbell E340 support Apple HomeKit?
No. It supports Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, but it doesn't currently support HomeKit.
Will Video Doorbell E34O be compatible with the pre-record function? Will the existing chime still be used?
Yes. It is compatible with the pre-record function when it is constantly powered with 16 24V, 3ovA transformer and this feature is expected to be available from early Decembe 2023. And an existing chime needs to be bypassed at the same time.
Does Video Doorbell E340 support 5 GHz Wi-Fi? Can I remove the battery when using Video Doorbell E34O in wired mode?
No, it only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. And the doorbell is powered by the battery and it is necessary to be installed, even while using it in wired mode.
How do I link Alexa and Video Doorbell E340?
1. Open the Alexa app side menu. Tap Browse.
2. Find and enable the "eufy Security" skill.
3. Enter your eufy account login details on the Link Account page.
4. Tap "Discover Devices" to see which security devices you can use with Alexa.
