While SmartDrop is empty, couriers can just press the Open button to make a delivery in seconds. When it is not empty, couriers can open SmartDrop via a PIN included on the address label by the user. During a delivery, users will receive a notification and can check the recording for peace of mind. Users can then use their Master PIN to retrieve the package from SmartDrop later.
