We have consulted several experienced fuse bean producers on relevant issues.
- Q: What if my pegboard bends?
- A: Usually, there is only one reason why the board bends, the temperature of the iron is too high. you have put the iron on the work for too long. The iron does not move, it is only ironed in a fixed place. High temperature and long time will naturally affect the bottom board to bend. Therefore, you must move the iron when ironing. Moreover, as long as the temperature of the iron has reached, it will only take a few seconds to ironed one side.
Attention:
- Please pay attention to the need to place the ironing pad between the iron and the fuse bean.
- Do not iron at too high a temperature , the time is kept between 30 and 60 seconds
- We recommend that you use a special small iron for fuse bean instead of a large iron at home.
- Please keep even ironing and do not stay in a specific place for too long.
Solution:
- If bending of the pegboard is found after ironing, please immediately place it under a heavy object and flatten it.
- If the cooled pegboard bent , you can use an electric hair dryer or iron to heat it and flatten it with heavy objects.
The Suggestion By Our Old Customer:
There is a trick to using these. You've gotta make sure as soon as your beads start to melt/stick that you flip it over and remove the pegboard, flip it back and continue to iron for the desired look.
