How many heatsinks are included?

One heat sink for one piece of ram. It has two parts/sides. Make sure to leave out the foam tape for ram with processors on both sides, otherwise it's too thick.

Is it compatible with DDR3 RAM?

It was very a great spread heatsink and it make your ram cooling very well .it is compatible with ddr3. And still fixed in my pc.

Can i use this heatsink with SR ram? How to attach heatsink on non-ic side?

The DDR4 ram I used this on was single sided.  The heatsinks attach with included double sided tape that you use on both sides of the RAM module whether it is single sided or double sided.  I had to remove existing heatsinks to attach these and they work fine.
