Are the hold down pins compatible with an Intel 775 CPU Socket?

This is compatible with a 775 socket.  I bought this to replace the stock fan that came with my Intel CPU Xeon E3110 Dual Core because I had broken one of the pins when I went to reapply thermal paste.  
This in combination with some THERMAL COMPOUND AC|MX-2 keeps my processor at 40 under no to light load and normally keeps it at about 55 at max.

Do i need mounting brackets for it on an LGA 1150 socket?

EVERCOOL EC-PT12-9525EA DOES NOT support socket 1150 motherboards. This fan is designed for the older Intel socket 775 socket boards.
