What is the min max power req. for this fan ? I want to use 3 to cool some stepper driver heat sinks and need to know if they will req less than my 24 V P supply or external supply voltages.

What is the min max power req. for this fan ? I want to use 3 to cool some stepper driver heat sinks and need to know if they will req less than my 24 V P supply or external supply voltages.

I did not use them for computer use. 
I routed them into my paintball mask to cool my face down and prevent fog.

We wired them up with as low as 3V (2xAAA) and in some cased a single 9V battery.
