would i have to install a larger power supply on HP SFF desktop with an Intel i7 processor if a use this card?

This card requires a 300W or greater power supply with a minimum of 16 Amp on the +12 volt rail. I would suggest checking with HP or looking at your system specifications to determine the wattage of your power supply. Also, please be sure to have the model number on hand in order to determine the exact power supply you have.

Would this be compatible with a Dell OptiPlex 380 running Windows 7?

Its supported, as long as you have a pci-e slot & at least 300 watt power supply. However, if that's a small form factor, it's likely 220 watts & you may have have to upgrade. Having said that it still should work, if you have no physical space limitations (it comes with a low profile bracket)

Does it include the low profile bracket since it appears it only ships with certain SKU's or is that something that needs to be purchased separately?

Yes,  just opened the package and there will be (2) low profile brackets.  Easy to uninstall the full size bracket, and replace it with the low profile. Keep in mind when you do this, you will loose your D-Sub port, but you'll have the option of installing the low profile bracket with just the DVI-D port or the second with both a DVI-D x HDMI hook ups. The card can output on all three ports simultaneously for multi-monitor setups, although sadly there’s no Display Port available.

I have an Optiplex 755 w/ a PCI express x16.  Is this card compatible with the moboard?  Power supply is 305 watt.

I can't speak to that exact motherboard, but PCIe is very well specified and this card is compatible with a PCIe x16 slot. My card works really well in a fairly inexpensive motherboard.

It works in a tower with the default bracket, but it also comes with a low-profile bracket that can be swapped in for installation in a smaller PC case. In the low-profile configuration you'll lose the standard VGA port (the blue connector), but keep the HDMI and DVI ports.

You would want PCI-Express slots for this card.. and yes you can run multiple monitors as long as you aren't running the cards in SLI

Had some typos, so let's try again: 
Assuming you have an onboard PCI Express 2 on your motherboard , I believe it Will, since it comes with a Low Profile changeable plates.  You will have to remove the plate that comes install and select one of the two low profiles plates.  Real easy to figure out how to exchange the plate, but you will lose you VGA connect, but will have the HDMI and DVI connects.  I install it in a dell Slim Case and worked great.  Hope this helps !
