I just recieved mine, but didnt get an installation CD? 
Did anyone get a CD with theres or is it not needed.

It's not needed, Nvidia has a program called GeForce Experience that downloads drivers, optimizes games, and can even stream your gameplay online! Download it from Nvidia's site and you're golden!!

Do I have to plug in a DVI cable to the monitor or will an HDMI work?

You can use any of the 3 Display ports on the card. HTMI, DVI or DisplayPort (whatever the one that looks like half a HDMI is called)

Will this unit work on an ASUS Sabertooth Z97 Mk1?  I know it goes into a PCIE slot, but I have concerns about getting the mobo and this card to talk to each other (ie display output).  Plug and Play or tweaking (if so what)?

I used it with an Asus Z97 Pro motherboard and I had no problems.  Pretty much plug and play, of course you should always download the latest drivers from EVGA once it is installed.

Can this gpu handle 3 1080p monitors? if not, do you have a recommendation?

It can, but at some loss of quality. it has one HDMI port, one DP port, and a DVI Port. So you would need at least 2 HDMI cables, a DVI to HDMI adapter, and a DP cable (Or an adapter and an additional HDMI cable, if none of your monitors are DP capable.)

Does this have a 6pin power connector?

No it gets power through the PCI it does not need any additional power it's a plug and play.

Nope. 
And even if they could SLI , you would probably be better off just adding a little more and go with a 1070.

I'm looking to upgrade from the nvidia geforce 770 gtx 2gb ddr5 card, would this be a worthwhile upgrade for it?  I'm looking for a good budget card to run Conan Exiles with, and so far this is what I've found.

this is a great card it does everything i need, play all my games on high, inlcuding starcitizen but that game realy pushes the card cause its a TOP notch game pushes the best CPUs and GPUs. i would recomend this card if your looking to upgrade budget for budget, but if your willing to spend a little extra, you can get the MSI RX 470 8Gb with 2000proscesors VS the 1050Ti with 4gb and 700+ cuda cores. or if your stricly Nvidia get the 3gb 1060 for around the 200$ mark

Just installed the 1050 card in system and the computer won't boot up...what am I doing wrong?

If you only have 1 monitor plugged into it, it may seem like it's not doing anything but the card has defaulted the other port as the primary.  This happened to me when I first installed mine and it wasn't until I had both monitors plugged in that I saw it was putting the bios on the other screen.  It also likes to occasionally switch to the other monitor, so if you only have one to plug in, keep rebooting and it might switch.

What kind of performance am I looking at as someone who likes to run Battlefield 1 and Battlefield 4? I am just stuck between this card and the Sapphire Rx 470 and its slightly better performance. Please help!

Bruh I'm getting 60-75 FPS on BF1 (with the occasional dip to 50) on BF1 with settings on Ultra except effects and something else, I use NVidia GeForce Experience to optimize my games and they run like butter, BF1, BF4, Hardline, H&G, The Division, Insurgency, Squad, Verdun, and just about anything else I want at 60+ frames on High - Ultra ??

Is this a loud card under load?

Not at all. I can't hear it above my water cooling rig in my PC I have hooked up to my TV, and I try to keep that one as quiet as possible as it has to meet the wife acceptance factor.
