Sorry, I don't know and am not familiar with the case.  Regardless, it will require tow back panel openings, one for the connections and one for air flow.

How effective is the one fan to keep this just as cool as a two fan video card? I would think that the video card must start dialing itself back on performance as it heats up
sooner than a two fan unit.

Unless you're really pushing this card the single fan is more then enough to keep the card cool considering the thick heatsinks it sits above.

this seems to be the one 1660 super that states that it has the " Real-Time Ray Tracing" technology. is this the same ray tracing that the 2060 series, and up, also features or is simply a mistake in the cards description?

While it can technically trace rays, It doesn't have the RT cores you'd find on cards from the RTX lineup. Cards from the GTX 10-series can also do real-time raytracing, just not as well as a card with the proper RT cores.
