Does it come with a driver disk if its used - like new? If not what is a good place to find the driver disk for installation

Products listed as Used are not guaranteed to include all accessories, including driver disks.  As the included driver disks tend to be incredibly outdated by the time the card releases, it is recommended to download the latest software drivers either from the manufacturer or through nVidia directly.

I'm confused, because the overview says that you can have RGB lighting in the card, but there is an asterisk after it, and after the interaction with other devices message. And the EVGA site says in the specs that the card is only White LED. What's this TRULY meaning?!

The RGB lighting is only on the FTW and FTW2 versions.  The SC and SC2 versions only have White LED.

is there any real benefit to buying this over the ACX version of the card?

was there an overheating issue with the ACX 1070?

yes there were various overheating issues to the 1070 and 1080 (mostly the ones oc really high like sc and ftw ). The overheating was towards the memory not the gpu, thus the new design to make contact with the other components to keep them more cool.
