Can I plug this in to a regular 120v outlet?

By regular you mean with a 15A breaker and the PSU loaded? Sure! Doesn't need a special outlet, just don't expect to have it play well with your microwave or hair dryer on the same circuit LOL I would invest in a good UPS/Surge protector too just in case.

Question 2

I'm concerned with electricity from the wall. I have a 15A socket- Will this PSU be able to run at 70% load with triple monitor peripherals a good sound system and not trip the breaker?

Even though this power supply puts out lots of amps it doesn't require that many in so yes a 15 amp outlet should power without problem assuming it is not already loaded too much already. If there is a lot running on outlet then it could be too much load. The 70% load depends on if the total consumption of all peripherals is only 70% of power supplies output. You can use corsairs site to approximate this.

Question 3

Can this support two cards? A reviewer said it couldn't.

"SLI and Crossfire support"  These are the two multiple graphics card interdace formats used by Nvidea and AMD the two leading graphics card producers.  You may need some additional or optional cables or adapters however as this is a modular power supply it is not an issue.   Check what power connections you need against the list of included cables.

The warranty it's 10years, 2 or 3 for this item?

Need correction between in the description warranty in the FEATURES section with the description warranty in the quick info section.

EVGA has a 10 year warranty. You should register your EVGA products on their website soon as you get them because this makes future RMA or upgrades a click away. It's also best to do it right away because you'll still be able to get to the serial numbers needed for registration without later having to rip your computer apart.

It shuts off the fan and lets the PS get a little warmer than it would typically.  This is such a beefy PS there is no problem letting it heat up a bit.
