How long are the cords?

I have just pulled out one of my unused cords and measured. About 30 inches pulled straight. Which for me has translated to plenty long enough to get everywhere, but not a problem for cable management. Over the past two years I've been adding hard drives and a dedicated graphics card. I can't say for certain I've ever really heard the PSU's fan, and it always seems to be close to room temp. I've been happy with it.

I have a SAMA Maxcool-W-15LEDLight White SECC Micro ATX Mid Tower Computer Case. It fits well. Weird naming, the mini ATX is way smaller than the Micro. This is a standard size, and the Micro ATX is standard as well. Most important advice for new builders is to watch the addiction! And if you're embracing it, get the cheapest parts you think will work - so you always have an excuse to keep upgrading! Best of luck.
