Do all of the modular cables come included or do we have to buy each cable separate?

Yes, in fact I have never seen a modular power supply without all the cables. However, nothing would surprise me.

Yes the unit came with an AC cord.. I've built a lot of computers over the years, and this has been the best and quietest I've ever used. Zero complaints.. Ken

I've used this PSU on 2 GTX-770 gaming, 2 GTX 970 gaming and 1 1 GTX 1070.  It should be enough power to run 2 1080's Depending on what other devices you have in your system.
