Has anybody noticed a faint zapping noise with this psu?

I noticed this as well and went back and forth with EVGA. They claimed they hadn't heard of the issue and suggested a replacement. My replacement did the same thing, so I think it's just an issue with the model. I also tried switching some cabling, running off a UPS to make sure it wasn't an issue with my house's wiring, etc. Nothing made a difference.

They have reassured me it's not dangerous, for what that's worth. It seems to be similar to coil whine as it scales with GPU power usage. I did notice that there's a small range where the issue occurs - if you draw more or less power, the noise stops.

It's unfortunate for a PSU that is marketed as being quiet, but for me it would be more trouble than it's worth to re-do cabling and switch to something else, so I'm living with it.
