Hello will this card fit in the ASUS Crosshair V Formula motherboard? and work well

I'm not familiar enough with the various motherboards to give you an exact yes or no answer. However, here are some things to consider if the card will fit or not. The card is 9 inches long and an inch and a half wide. Although it takes 1 PCI slot, it occupies two spaces on the back of the tower. It has one 6-pin external power connection.  I have a 500 watt power supply.

It's quiet, it works well for me. I like it.

What power supply is required to run this card ?

You can't really determine your power supply wattage based off just the Video Card you are using. You need to take into account your entire build. The easiest way to determine what you need is to use NewEgg's Power Supply Calculator: http://images10.newegg.com/BizIntell/tool/psucalc/index.html?name=Power-Supply-Wattage-Calculator You can always use the calculator and then bump the wattage up by 50-100 watts if you want to play it safe. Or if you plan to expand your build in the future with more components, then you can input all the components of your future hopeful build and go ahead and get the recommended Power Supply so you don't have to replace it later. Exactly how tall is the video card? The product specifications don't specify this.

when sitting in the case its 1" top to bottom, face is about 3" and the length is almost 8" . It's longer than my motherboard 1" away from my hdd. I had to re-position my hdd to get it to fit because of the power cord.

Been having troubles with this card and win7x64 ultimate seems to not like the motherboard i bought been crashing to the point of freeze everyday and i cannot use anything but original drivers. It's prob the motherboards fault just "make sure" you register your card with the evga before 30 days or u dont get the warranty.

Is it possible for me to run this with my EVGA GTX 650 Boost Superclocked 2GB card?

They will both run together for sure but to do an sli configuration you will need a matched pair or at least same model with matched bit depth and clock speed. It's similar to how ram defaults to the slowest module you have installed. If the memory is the only difference than it should be fine.

Can this be liquid cooled?

With fairly major modification yes but I have not had any need the fan it comes with is not overly loud and it runs pretty cool even overclocked and running intense game's

Is this card capable of running it on my M5A97 Evo motherboard since is a 192 memory interface (don't know what it mean or does) and will it decrease in performace if I place it into the PCIE 2.0 slot?

it should but remember you will not get the max performance the card is capable of. As it's running on PCIE 2.0. I am running a similar setup myself.

Question 7

Is m current CPU which is AMD FX-8120 going to bottleneck this card or vice versa?

CPU alone (assuming motherboard is from same year/generation as the cpu), it should not bottleneck on either end.
