Can you swap out the PSU? I would like to SLI 980's at some point, and 500W isn't enough. Thank you

Yes you CAN swap out the power supply. Look for a 1U server power supply with a 40mm fan in the back and it will work. Also you CAN run sli but the only motherboard that will allow is the one out of a Shuttle X79. You are limited to only 2011 cpu which is also a good thing in a way, and you have to run both your cards on water. I went with a 1200 1U power supply and two 290X, 4930k, fans set to intake, and temperatures are good with mild overclock on CPU @ 4GHz and both GPUs are on stock clocks, EK waterblocks.

Is there an LED on/off indicator at the front of this case to let me know if the computer is on?

Yes, there is. It's a small white LED in the center of the power button that's clearly visible when on, but not so bright that it's glaring. It's visible as a small gray square if you look close at the images here of the front of the case.

What's the difference between this (110-MW-1002-K1) and 110-MW-1001-K1? Whatever the physical difference/s, it seems to only be $10.00 so far lol (sorry for my earlier attempt, I posted it as an answer, instead of a question).

I'm not able to find the 110-MW-1001-K1 part number on newegg or anywhere for that matter.

Assuming you meant 110-MA-1001-K1, the difference between the two is the added support for EVGA's water cooling kit.

The 110-MA-1001-K1 is the Hadron Air. 
The 110-MW-1002-K1 is the Hadron Hydro.

The Hydro is a few inches taller than the Air with added room for a radiator. Other than that, I believe they are identical internally.

Does the case fit AMD Mini-ITX motherboards?

Are there 2x 6 pin power connectors on the integrated power supply? I would like to know so that I can use a GTX 980 with the case. Also, if anyone currently has a GTX 980 or even a 970 with this case, how does it run? (Minimum requirement for EVGA's 970 and 980 is 500W, so the PSU is cutting the bare minimum).

Those 'minimum requirements' lean strongly towards the 'safe' side relative to the actual load, since they have to include the unknown variable of everything else in the system (drives, ram, cpu, etc). I have one of these cases with a 980 Superclocked, an Asus VII Impact, and a Pentium G3258 (@4.7GHz) and tested wattage at the wall, under load, at just under 320W. The real numbers to look at when calculating what you will need are the max TDPs of each component, plus a bit of overhead.

Can this fit a EVGA GeForce GTX 780?

It supports double slot video cards up to 267mm (a little more than 10.5 inches)

So looking at a few gtx 780 cards for reference, I can say it will fit.  My gtx680 fits perfectly and runs great in this case.

I recommend running the water cooling options on the cpu or gpu or even both if you have the money.  Either the maintenance version offered by evga, or one of the no-maintenance water options.  Total PITA putting them in because it is a tight fit, but the payoff of a quiet machine that does not require its own airplane hangar is worth it.

Will this case fit a Corsair Hydro h105, and would you recommend that closed loop or a different one ?

Yes it will fit the H105. You will have to put the radiator in the top section and then replace the fans that come with it in the main section with the ones Corsair provides and to get best cooling set them to intake and not exhaust like the EVGA fans come installed. On a personal note, cooling was not what I expected when I bought this case with the EVGA custom water cooling kit and I wanted to expand my system more but the case is very limited. The Hydro case also looked awkward when I actually got it, and I would rather of had the Air version. I ended up selling it and getting a bigger case. If all you need is one GPU and don't plan on overclocking too much, I would sell the H105, get the Air version of the case, and a good air cooler like Noctua C14, because you can't overclock too much anyways and your water cooler won't be used to its potential and the air coolers will work just as good.

just want to know the best over-all graphics card to use with this case given the power supply?  id like a 4gb card but cant find one.  would love to hear suggestions.

Probably something like a GTX 970 which uses 145w. Faster and uses less power compared to an older 760 using 170w. There are a lot with 4gb ram but they all seem to be sold out. Also the 960 would be coming out eventually which would be cheaper and probably use less power too. Well in my noobish estimation pretty much any graphics card that uses less than 200 watts should work, depends on the power draw of the CPU and rest of components. Hard to say with AMD cards because they don't seem to state the total power draw on their website only the recommended power supply level.

Can the power supply be swapped out for CORSAIR RM550 - 550 W - Power supply?

I dont remember seeing anything unusual about the PS that shipped with the unit. Unfortunately it is at School with my Son at the moment.

Overall we had a good experience with the build although due to the small size care should be taken with cable routing...
