I can only tell you that mine is compatible the evga sc black edition and the founders edition.  remember there are two or three versions of this cooler and each is compatible with there own cards.  I dont know if pony's pcb or card layout is the same as evga's.  I would email pony and here what they have to say?

The EVGA site shows you what cards it is compatible with on their site. The newEgg product info tells you what models work under Specifications/Features - compatibility. They list the compatible cards by product number. It depends upon what your video card product model number is.

its not showing up on the compatible list so probably not. you would probably have to watercool it the hard way  with a waterblock from ekwb  but thats the costly way

Yes, it will work but you will need some additional minor hardware which I will explain.  I bought this specifically for my Titan Xp Star Wars Special Edition that was throttling due to high temp.  Also I did not like the fan noise when it temp reached 70-80°C.  Luckily the PCB is reference FE so this EVGA Hybrid will fit.  The only issue I ran into was the screws provided to secure the fan/heatsink assembly are too long.  It does not allow the heatsink to be pulled tight to the components.  This resulted in a gap between them.  I used three #4 nylon washers on the three screws to allow the heatsink to fit tightly on the components allowing the heatsink to do its job.  Adding the nylon washers does leave extra space between the PCB and backplate.  Luckily the backplate on the TitanXp Star Wars edition is plastic which allowed it to flex and accommodate the added nylon washers.  Temps improved considerably.  Under load went from 70°C to 50°C max with no more throttling.  Idling went from 44°C to 29°C.  Also it is sooo quiet now.  This EVGA Hybrid AIO is a must have for Titan Xp owners.
