This case cover is designed specifically for EVGA Tegra Note tablet, protecting your device against everyday scrapes and bumps. This slide cover easily attaches and detaches, and can fold into three standing positions to meet your ergonomic needs.
Pros: Fits the HP Slate7 Extreme in addition to the EVGA Tegra Note 7
Functions exactly as advertised to protect screen and act as upright stand
Cons: Function over form deign leaves it lacking in style
High price for the simple construction
Overall Review: $30 for a simple flip cover is an almost Apple-like price, but it's the only thing made specifically to fit the new Tegra 4 based tablets. Considering how recently these tablets hit the market you're lucky to find anything custom made to fit the HP Slate7 Extreme or EVGA Tegra Note 7.
Pros: -magnetic (on/off function)
-integrated into the tablet itself
-works as a stand with several different positions
-adds to the tablets 'good looks'
Cons: -expensive for what it is
-feels a bit flimsy (material-wise)
-inconvenient having to insert and re-insert the plastic strip (when removing the cover); this only applies if the gap bothers you
Overall Review: In general, looks good and works very well. I'm quite happy with this product. Its durability worries me slightly though.
Great cover, but poorly designed1/22/2014 12:19:27 PM
Pros: Cover portion is great, there is a groove on the tablet that allows it to fits snug. Rarely needed adjustment
Cons: Hinge is TERRIBLY designed. I am RMAing after a month of use and if it happens again I'm requesting a refund. The hinge comes in three parts: thin plastic that connects to the tablet, a silver wide hinge, and the cover itself. The problem I had is that the hinge is connected with four SPRING LOADED metal rods. Just normal walking around and I noticed the cover was slightly crooked. When I checked the alignment, the rods just flew out of their holes and the whole thing just fell apart.
Overall Review: Really disappointed with the accessory. I was hoping the build quality was as good as some of eVGAs other products.

Only cover available for EVGA Tegra note 712/14/2013 6:59:49 AM
Pros: It works with this tablet.
Cons: Flimsy, cheap material. A bit overpriced. The material that lays against screen gets dirty easily. Be sure to wipe it off before you close it every time or it will do the opposite of protect your screen.
Overall Review: Like most case companies there will probably be a better version in a few months. If you need something in a pinch, this will work. But I am fairly certain I will be buying a different cover the moment one is available. If Otterbox made something for this I would be doing back flips right now.
Would be nice if it weren't defective12/2/2013 1:54:45 PM
Pros: Cover is not overly bulky, sleek spine art that helps it really feel like part of the tablet.
Cons: When I received the cover, it separated itself from the plastic spine piece. There are two tiny metal pegs that should hold the cover in place, and it appears there is a manufacturing defect that caused one of the pegs to fall all the way into the spine connector.
Overall Review: Sending for an RMA, will update review when the replacement arrives.
fiddly to install, but very useful afterwards12/1/2013 11:28:54 AM
Pros: * great viewing position options
* work in concert with magnets in note
* auto on/off when opening or closing cover
* nice feel
Cons: * hard to install and remove
* cover came partially disassembled and we had to figure out how to fix the tiny parts - instructions were of no use.
Overall Review: It would be great if we could easily add our remove the cover. Sometimes during use it is very desirable to get rid of the bulk. Doing so is time consuming and requires one to keep track of a delicate strip of plastic that is easily lost. Would have preferred a snap or magnet mechanism instead.
But - do get the cover to avoid screen scratches!
Cons: Breaks the plastic that needs and looks metal.
Overall Review: Please fix by telling to evga

Slides out easily11/17/2015 12:13:30 PM
Pros: Seems durable enough and it good as a stand.
Cons: It slides out very easy which could cause the tablet to slip from your grip and fall.
It totally blocks the camera lens when it's opened.
Overall Review: Not much to write home about.
