There's two versions of this card that say 'metal backplate'. Is the back of this card fully exposed?

The electronic are exposed on the back of the one which doesn't have the backplate.  The two different versions with backplates have different  boost clocks on them.

What is the bulk/mini capacitor arrangement on the gpu? 6 bulk? 5 bulk,10 mini? 4 bulk,20 mini?

Does this have red accents on the back of the card? In the product photos it doesn't, but on the EVGA website it does.

Looks like they updated the pictures here as it doesn't show the red clown lips anymore.
