Rice Cooking function & Cooking Assist Functions
This cooker features three separate program settings for White Rice, Brown Rice, and Risotto. Better yet, it comes with cooking assist functions that help make your one pot meals. Before you use a cooking program, you can sauté, simmer, brown, and steam.
User-friendly Design
The control panel has a digital display that shows time, indicator lights to show when pressure or temperature is building and when it has been reached, and plus and minus buttons to adjust time. Once the cooking time is complete for up to 12 hours, this cooker can automatically switch to keep warm. The Time Delay function is capable of delaying your cooking time by up to six hours.
Self-locking Lid
The self-locking lid locks with the turn of the handle. The lid will remain locked while there is pressure inside the cooker for maximum safety, and will only open when all pressure has been released.
