If the unit does not produce mist after being turned on and the red indicator light flashes before the unit shuts off, please reinstall the unit following the exact steps shown in the video:
• Filling the tank up to the maximum water level line, not just slightly above the minimum.
• Make sure the foam inside the mist tube has been removed.
• Make sure the atomizer faces upward, and the wire and the protrusion of the atomizer head are aligned with the slot of mist tube before use.
